This 6-week series offers a safe and supportive space to explore foundational yoga practices through breath, movement, and mindful awareness.
Participants will practice how to:

Kathryn Turnbull is a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based yoga teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience. Drawing from decades of personal practice, she creates structured yet supportive classes that integrate breath, movement, and meditation. Her work emphasizes self-awareness, nervous system support, and empowering individuals to move in ways that feel safe and sustainable.
